Terms and Conditions

Functions & Events

All functions and events (parties of over 10 diners) are subject to a 10% service charge.

A deposit of 10% will be required to secure the booking.

Parties of over 12 must submit a pre-order to the hotel from current menus a minimum of one week in advance of the booking, and a member of staff will provide you with a pre-order form and current menu at the time of booking.

Full payment of associated function charges must be made either on the day of the function, or if you have a pre-agreed credit facility with us, within 30 days of receiving an invoice.


Cancellations must be made no later than 12pm the day prior to arrival; cancellations after the period will result in the total cost of the first nights stay being charged to the guests registered credit/debit card.

All bookings must be guaranteed with a credit/debit card; we reserve the right to cancel your booking should this condition not be met.

Booking directly will ensure the best room rate for your stay is secured.

If your stay results in damage to the Oaksmere, the building, it's staff or it's property, we reserve the right to charge the necessary amount to the guest to rectify the situation.
