Here at The Oaksmere provenance is at the heart of our restaurant and bar, (If our kitchen gardener Simon doesn’t grow it in our walled garden, we know a local supplier who does!) Being in the heart of East Anglia we are blessed with superb farms and produce, so why look any further? Our seasonal menus always boast the best local fare, the finest ingredients are thoughtfully prepared by our creative kitchen team.
Sizzling in our British built wood fired grill ‘Bertha’ are succulent steaks locally reared then prepared and hung for 28 days in our on-site butchery for optimal flavour. Also from the Bertha you will discover award winning pork from the Butler farm in Blythburgh and sustainably sourced seafood from the North Sea and landed at local harbours.
