Accommodation & Private Dining Rooms

As part of our services and to help you as much as possible in organizing your event, when inquiring about one of our private dining rooms or bedrooms, we will send you at least one email either to invite you to a showcase or to present you with other options available across our business. If you no longer wish to receive emails from us, you can unsubscribe at any time using the button “Unsubscribe” at the bottom of any of our email or by emailing info@theoaksmere.com
When inquiring about one of our Private Dining Rooms, your details will be kept for a maximum duration of two years after which they will be deleted from all our systems if you have not interacted* with the company during this period. We will keep your data secure, and of course would never sell or share data.

*An interaction with the company is considered as opening one of our emails, clicking on one of our emails, inquiring about one of our private dining rooms or bedrooms or booking accommodation, making a restaurant reservation or reserving a private dining room with us.
